Koyla Dunboyne is the recipient of many awards and nominations in Ireland. Koyla is a Hindi word, and in English it means coal. Coal is used to make BBQ food and is also vastly used as a way of heating the food in Indian cuisine that gives the food the flavor of charcoal. Charcoal smoking adds a smoky taste to your meal without actually cooking it.
